Youth Leadership Training
Volunteers and staff will consciously stress teaching the problem solving process and key strategies for success, fortified with leadership skills and solid work ethics. As youth participate in BMYD programs, a Youth Advisory Council will be developed comprised of representatives of the various participant segments – age, gender, etc. – to offer feedback and advice on program planning and operations.
